You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your Reef account and all associated data, including habits, progress, creatures, pearls, friends and focus sessions.
Email contact@reeftogether.com with the subject “Delete my Reef account” from the email address linked to your account, or include your username.
Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by email. It is irreversible.
You can also request deletion of only part of your data without closing the account. Some items, such as a habit or friend, can be deleted directly in the app.
No personal data is retained after deletion except where law requires short-lived, anonymised technical logs.
